The gym was a letdown. the treadmill crashed mid-run after just 2 km and the elliptical was out of service. The relaxation center was only open from 7 to 11 am, and the sauna was nonoperational, leaving just a crowded jacuzzi. The room was smaller than expected, and the overall ambiance felt a bit dated. the absence of proper customer feedback concerning these issues was disappointing.

My room in the Classic Double Room was cozy with comfy bedding. the gym facilities were outdated. the treadmill broke mid-run. The breakfast spread was impressive, with various delicious options, but the restaurant lacked a decent atmosphere during busy events. It felt chaotic with poor service at times. my experience of waiting for a latte during breakfast was frustrating.
